If you have a high level of education and work experience in a skilled occupation, you may be eligible for the Foreign Worker stream.
If you have recently graduated from a Canadian post-secondary institution and have a job offer related to your field of study, you may be eligible for the International Student stream.
If you have work experience in a lower-skilled occupation that is in demand in Ontario and are willing to settle outside of the GTA, you may be eligible for the In-Demand Skills stream.
The OINP Employer Job Offer category is not the only option for immigrating to Ontario. There are other OINP streams that are linked to the federal Express Entry system, such as the Human Capital Priorities stream, the French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream, and the Skilled Trades stream. These streams require applicants to have a profile in the Express Entry system and meet certain criteria based on their human capital factors, such as age, education, language ability, work experience, and adaptability. The OINP may issue notifications of interest to eligible candidates in the Express Entry pool and invite them to apply for provincial nomination.
