About Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) is a program that allows Manitoba to nominate qualified immigrants who can contribute to the province's economy and society.
The MPNP has three streams:

The International Education Stream (IES) provides international students who graduate in Manitoba and meet industry needs faster pathways to nomination. This stream has three pathways: Career Employment Pathway, Graduate Internship Pathway, and International Student Entrepreneur Pilot.
- Career Employment Pathway: For graduates who have a long-term job offer in an in-demand occupation in Manitoba.
- Graduate Internship Pathway: For graduates who complete an internship contributing to innovation in Manitoba.
- International Student Entrepreneur Pilot (ISEP): For graduates who start or buy a business in Manitoba and operate it for at least six months.
The Business Investor Stream (BIS) is for qualified business investors and entrepreneurs who have the intent and ability to start or purchase businesses in Manitoba. This stream has two pathways: Entrepreneur Pathway and Farm Investor Pathway.
- Entrepreneur Pathway: For entrepreneurs who want to establish, buy, or partner with a business in Manitoba.
- Farm Investor Pathway: For individuals with farm business experience who want to buy and operate a farm in rural Manitoba.
